Potato Corner, a popular Filipino-flavored fries brand, opened its first store in Taipei, Taiwan, on August 4.
The new outlet is located in the Uni-President Department Store in the Xinyi District and marks the brand’s entry into its 16th overseas market.
Potato Corner currently operates 2,345 stores worldwide and is expanding its reach through a new partnership with Taiwan’s Fujin Tree Group.
SPAVI CEO Vicente Gregorio expressed optimism about growing the brand in Taiwan with Fujin Tree’s support.
Fujin Tree founder Jay Wu also pledged to open more Potato Corner stores across Taiwan by the end of the year.
