The Philippine Postal Corp. (PHLPost) is set to enhance its delivery services with the launch of new Express Mail Service (EMS) hubs in Manila, Quezon City, Makati, and Pasay starting January 13, 2025.
This decentralization will reduce reliance on the Central Mail Exchange Center in Pasay and improve delivery speed and efficiency within Metro Manila.
The hubs will cater to specific areas, enabling faster processing and more convenient pick-ups for customers.
PHLPost also introduced standardized cut-off times, ensuring next-day delivery for express mail sent before 3:30 p.m. in key cities.
This move is part of PHLPost’s efforts to modernize its services and stay competitive in the logistics and e-commerce sectors.
