Malacañang denied reports of changes in President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s Cabinet, including the supposed resignation of DICT Secretary Henry Aguda.
Palace Press Officer and Communications Undersecretary Claire Castro said there is no information confirming Aguda’s resignation.
Castro also dismissed reports that DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon would return to the Department of Transportation, which he previously headed.
She said the Presidential Communications Office had spoken with Aguda, who confirmed that he remains in his post and continues to perform his duties.
Aguda also earlier denied the rumors, saying he remains focused on his responsibilities and ensuring the continuity of the DICT’s work.
