Manny Pacquiao is planning to organize a professional boxing match for Eumir Felix Marcial in Metro Manila as part of Marcial’s preparations for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The venue and opponent for the fight are yet to be determined. Marcial, an Olympic bronze medalist, is excited about the opportunity to showcase his skills in front of Filipino fans and gain confidence for his Olympic journey.
The fight is expected to take place early next year and will be arranged by international matchmaker Sean Gibbons.
Marcial has previously won gold in the 2019 Southeast Asian Games and has a perfect record of four wins, including two knockouts, in his professional career.
Pacquiao, who recently met with Marcial, expressed his support and plans to sponsor the fight through MP promotions.
