mWell, the Philippines’ all-in-one health and wellness app by Metro Pacific Health Tech Corporation, is strengthening its partnership with the UAAP to promote mental health among students, student-athletes, alumni, and other members of the community.
The initiative recognizes the pressures of balancing academics, training, and competitions and emphasizes that mental wellness is as important as physical health.
Through the app, users can access Mind Health Score assessments, free self-guided modules, and consultations with mental health professionals.
The partnership also promotes physical wellness through the mWellness Score, which tracks exercise, steps, sedentary behavior, and sleep.
Meanwhile, mWell offers affordable smartwatches starting at ₱1,999, featuring health monitoring, sports modes, and sleep tracking to help students manage their overall well-being.
