Team Liquid Philippines won the Mobile Legends Bang Bang Mid-Season Cup (MSC) by defeating Malaysia’s Selangor Red Giants.
OG (SRG.OG) 4-1 in the grand finals held at the Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Filipino team maintained an unbeaten run in the group stages and overcame tough opponents, including ONIC Esports, en route to the final.
Despite losing the first game to SRG.OG, Team Liquid adjusted their strategy and dominated the series, with Sanford “Sanford” Vinuya earning Finals MVP honors.
Meanwhile, fellow Philippine team ONIC Philippines secured third place, and Team Liquid also stands poised to win the overall Esports World Cup Club championship.
