Authorities raided JRB Travel and Consultancy Services Inc. in Manila for extorting relatives of former POGO workers and issuing fraudulent government documents to foreigners.
Two employees, who posed as PAOCC officers, were arrested for allegedly charging P1 million to remove individuals from deportation lists.
Investigators found that the firm issued authentic government documents with fake identities, targeting Chinese, Korean, and Indian nationals.
The company had been blacklisted since April 2024 and promoted its services through social media scams.
Officials suspect the scheme is linked to a larger syndicate, possibly explaining past citizenship fraud cases.
