Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) is expanding its hospitality business with the opening of its fourth hotel, Citadines Bacolod City, a P2-billion investment and the largest international hotel in Bacolod.
This new 200-room hotel marks CLI’s first venture outside Cebu City, increasing its portfolio to over 1,700 keys.
With tourism on the rise in the Visayas and Mindanao, CLI plans to launch six more hotels within the next two years, including Citadines Paragon Davao and Radisson Red.
CEO Jose Soberano III noted a 37% revenue increase in the first quarter of 2024, driven by the company’s existing hotels in Cebu.
Citadines Bacolod City is a project by CCLI Premier Hotels, a joint venture between CLI and Capitaine Inc., strategically located near Bacolod-Silay airport and major attractions.
