Dannah Majarocon, the Philippine managing director of Jobstreet by SEEK, highlighted the platform’s commitment to empowering employers by providing flexibility and efficiency in the hiring process.
The feature not only eliminates concerns about hiring budgets but also utilizes artificial intelligence to deliver messages faster and find suitable matches promptly.
Additionally, job listings remain visible to candidates for up to 30 days, catering to the needs of small to medium enterprises and large businesses alike.
This initiative aligns with the majority presence of micro, small, and medium enterprises in the country, according to recent data from the Department of Trade and Industry.
