Content creator Ivana Alawi is under scrutiny after a leaked affidavit revealed allegations involving her and Makati Mayor Albee Benitez.
The complaint was filed by Dominique Benitez, who accused her husband of violating the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act due to alleged infidelity, causing her emotional distress.
Dominique’s affidavit claims she confirmed Albee’s infidelity upon learning about his admission of fathering two illegitimate children and his supposed relationship with Ivana Alawi.
Albee previously denied the rumors, stating his trip to Japan with Ivana was business-related and apologizing for any misunderstandings.
He emphasized that the speculations about Ivana were false and stemmed from a chance encounter.
