INCREASING INVESTMENTS: 13 ADDITIONAL PROJECTS JOIN P3 TRILLION WORTH OF PPP INITIATIVES

The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center announced 134 projects worth PHP3.03 trillion are in the pipeline, involving government and private sector collaboration. 

Recently added projects include digitalized traffic enforcement systems in several cities, digital infrastructure for cancer research, and the establishment of hemodialysis and bulk water facilities. 

Notable projects in advanced stages include the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway extension, upgrades to Laguindingan and New Bohol International Airports, and new medical facilities like the UP-PGH Cancer Center. 

PPP Center deputy executive director Jeffrey Manalo expects five key projects to be awarded by the end of 2024. 

Additionally, projects such as the Bislig City Bulk Water and Septage Project and the Negros Occidental Bulk Water Supply Project are also anticipated to be awarded by the end of next year.
