The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is enhancing its disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities as part of its digital transformation efforts, ensuring seamless services for members and pensioners during natural disasters.
GSIS has renewed its collaboration with PLDT Enterprise and VITRO Inc. for colocation services, data center infrastructure, and network connectivity.
GSIS President Wick Veloso highlighted the importance of this initiative in maintaining reliable services anytime and anywhere.
PLDT Enterprise and VITRO reaffirmed their commitment to supporting GSIS’s digital transformation, enhancing service efficiency for millions of government employees and pensioners.
Additionally, GSIS has engaged Sycip, Gorres, Velayo (SGV), and Ernst and Young (EY) to improve IT infrastructure and launched the GSIS Digital ID integrated into the GSIS Touch mobile app.
