Gilas Pilipinas Youth delivered their biggest blowout win yet with a commanding 101-37 victory over Singapore in the 2025 FIBA Asia U16 SEABA Qualifiers held in San Fernando, Pampanga.
Six players scored in double digits, led by Evareign Cruz’s 14 points, as Gilas dominated from start to finish, securing a 64-point lead.
The team improved their record to 3-0, moving closer to qualifying for the FIBA Asia Cup in Mongolia.
After a one-day break, Gilas will face unbeaten Indonesia on Wednesday before concluding the elimination round against Malaysia on Thursday.
The top three teams from the qualifiers will advance to the prestigious continental tournament.
