K-pop group EXO is set to return to the Philippines for a two-night concert on July 4 and 5 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena as part of their sixth tour, “EXO PLANET #6 – EXhOrizon.”
The tour will kick off in Seoul in April and will include stops in major Asian cities such as Tokyo, Bangkok, Jakarta, and Singapore.
The Manila shows mark EXO’s first full-group tour stop in the country since 2019, although the six-member lineup currently excludes Xiumin, Baekhyun, and Chen due to contract disputes.
The concerts follow the release of their eighth studio album, REVERXE, and their first group tour since completing mandatory military service.
Local promoter PULP Live World confirmed their role in bringing the Manila shows to fans, who have eagerly awaited EXO’s return after a 2020 fan meeting was canceled due to the pandemic.
