Filipina-American drag performer and reality TV star Bianca Castro-Arabejo, better known as Jiggly Caliente, passed away at 44 following complications from a severe infection and a recent leg amputation.
Castro-Arabejo, a beloved “RuPaul’s Drag Race” alum and “Drag Race Philippines” judge, was praised for her vibrant artistry, activism, and cultural pride.
Her family and the “Drag Race” community honored her for her authenticity, resilience, and deep connection with fans worldwide.
Born in the Philippines and raised in New York, she had a decades-long career in drag, proudly embracing her Filipino heritage and publicly coming out as a transgender woman in 2016.
Her legacy in entertainment and advocacy will continue to inspire future generations.
