The Department of Education (DepEd) has procured over 87 million learning modules and 74,000 tablets to support learners under the Flexible Learning Options (FLO) program. This initiative aims to assist over 300,000 students in high and medium-risk areas across 16 regions. FLO offers alternative delivery modes, including modular and online distance learning, blended learning, and the Alternative Learning System (ALS), to accommodate students unable to attend traditional classes. DepEd Secretary Juan Edgardo Angara emphasized that the early procurement strategy ensures faster access to learning resources and prevents learners from being left behind.
