Justin Brownlee has rejoined Gilas Pilipinas’ training camp as they continue preparations for the second window of the FIBA Asia Cup 2025 Qualifiers.
The 6-foot-4 player, fresh off a tough PBA Governors’ Cup Finals with Barangay Ginebra, will help lead the team against New Zealand and Hong Kong this week.
Gilas has been holding two-a-day practices since Friday to get back into coach Tim Cone’s system.
Cone expects Brownlee to be highly motivated after his break, following a standout performance in the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament.
Meanwhile, Gilas assistant coach LA Tenorio is currently in Singapore for a medical checkup but is expected to return soon to lend his experience to the team.
