Beauty queen-turned-actress Alice Dixson expressed lukewarm admiration for young fitness influencers, saying she was just as impressive in her 20s without strict diets or workouts.
In an Instagram reel, she joked that younger fitness personalities should “come back when you’re 50,” highlighting her own youthful confidence.
Dixson clarified in the comments that she was not putting younger influencers down, but giving special respect to women, especially mothers, who maintain their fitness over time.
Her post received supportive responses from followers, which she acknowledged with gratitude.
Dixson, who won Binibining Pilipinas International in 1986, has had a long acting career with notable projects including Dyesebel, Ang Probinsyano, and Legal Wives.
