Vic Sotto is set to file charges against director Darryl Yap after being included in Yap’s controversial film, The Rapists of Pepsi Paloma.
The film’s teaser sparked outrage, particularly a scene where the character Pepsi accuses Vic of rape. Darryl Yap, unfazed by the upcoming legal action, shared the news of Vic’s filing.
This controversy follows Coca Nicolas’ January revelation that Pepsi’s earlier rape allegations were part of a publicity stunt orchestrated by their manager.
Vic is filing the case at the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court.
