An independent survey conducted by the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) has revealed the top-performing mayors in Metro Manila, with Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte leading the list with a job performance rating of 89.1 percent.
Following closely behind are Malabon’s Jeannie Sandoval and Parañaque’s Eric Olivarez, with ratings of 88.7 percent and 88.5 percent respectively.
The survey, conducted from March 18 to 24, assessed various metrics including leadership vision, policy implementation, financial management, and community engagement, highlighting the mayors’ effective response to the dynamic needs of their communities.
Despite slight fluctuations in ratings, the survey underscores the robust leadership and responsiveness of the top-performing mayors in the first quarter of 2024.
