The first quarter of 2025 has introduced three new pop sensations—Dionela, Amiel Sol, and Earl Agustin—who now dominate the Philippine music charts.
Dionela, known for his hit Sining featuring Jay R, has amassed over 220 million streams, followed by Marilag, which also became a major success.
Amiel Sol’s Sa Bawat Sandali, fueled by the Mutya ng Section E series, soared to No. 2, while his next single, Ikaw ang Patutunguhan, shows promise.
Earl Agustin’s song Tibok, after a slow rise, finally claimed the top spot, aided by its use in Mutya ng Section E, and his follow-up Dalangin has entered the Top 10.
Alongside these rising stars, Cup of Joe, Arthur Nery, and HELLMERRY continue to shape the local music scene, making Q1 2025 an exciting period for OPM.
