SAN JUAN ROLLS OUT 83 NEW VEHICLES FOR BARANGAYS AND CITY UNITS

San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora turned over 83 brand-new vehicles to barangays and city departments on Monday, August 4, as part of the city’s ongoing fleet modernization program.

Each of the 21 barangays received one Toyota Hilux FX van and one Mitsubishi Triton pickup to boost patrol, emergency response, and delivery of basic services.

The remaining 41 vehicles were distributed to city departments and units, including the police and disaster response teams.

These include 4×4 patrol vehicles, a SWAT unit, motorcycles, vans, a 29-seater minibus, and a disaster monitoring and rescue vehicle.

Zamora said the new vehicles aim to improve public service delivery and strengthen San Juan’s capacity to respond quickly to community needs.
