The Philippine Red Cross (PRC) has launched the SAFE CARD, an emergency protection program that provides immediate assistance to families facing life-threatening situations.
The card guarantees one free ambulance service and one free bag of blood, ensuring critical medical aid without upfront payment.
SAFE CARD also offers accident, death, and assault benefits, along with medical reimbursements, burial assistance, and hospital allowances.
Cardholders automatically become PRC members, supporting nationwide emergency response, blood services, and rescue operations.
The organization emphasized that the program gives families peace of mind, reinforcing that help is available “in life’s most urgent moments.”
