The Philippine National Police has intensified operations against the unauthorized sale and use of PNP uniforms.
Acting PNP chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. emphasized that the uniform symbolizes authority, integrity, and professionalism.
The crackdown follows concerns over illegal sellers near Camp Crame and on online platforms.
The PNP plans to work with online sellers and inspect stores to prevent illegal distribution.
Nartatez also urged officers to protect the uniform and uphold the honor of the police force.
