Marcial, the Tokyo Olympics bronze medalist, overcame two knockdowns to win by majority decision and claimed the vacant WBC International middleweight belt.
Martin remained undefeated in 27 bouts, Tapales dominated Venezuelan Fernando Toro, while Bacosa and Ballesteros also notched key wins.
The successful night highlighted the rising talent in Philippine boxing, reinforcing confidence in the next generation of fighters.
