The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has launched a “libreng sakay” program to help Metro Manila commuters save on transportation costs.
The initiative provides free bus rides along the SM Fairview–Quiapo route and vice versa during peak hours on weekdays.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles said the program aims to offer safer, more convenient, and accessible transportation for workers, students, and other daily commuters.
Two buses will operate from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The agency encouraged the public to take advantage of the service while observing proper safety and courtesy protocols.
