The Parañaque City government launched the “Parañaque HELP Card” on August 20, offering residents a universal ID to access a variety of city services more efficiently.
The card integrates health, education, emergency relief, employment, lifestyle, and livelihood programs into one platform for registered voters and their immediate families.
Mayor Edwin Olivarez highlighted benefits like priority care at city hospitals, discounts at partner establishments like Okada Manila, and faster access to services.
Over 106,000 senior citizens and persons with disabilities will be the first to receive the card, with a full public rollout planned for next year.
Registration is available online or at onsite hubs, and the city will soon provide guidelines on required documents to ensure a smooth process.
