The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) has revamped its Bingo for a Cause program to enhance funding for local government units (LGUs) and non-government organizations (NGOs).
PAGCOR Assistant Vice President Maria Teresa Ocampo announced that the new packages allow partners to receive up to 50 percent of the proceeds from bingo events conducted with PAGCOR.
Ticket prices range from PHP 100 to PHP 1,000, potentially increasing the proceeds based on sales.
The program, Community Bingo, was designed to support socio-civic projects in areas not served by Casino Filipino’s operations.
Ocampo emphasized the importance of coordinating with PAGCOR’s Bingo Department before organizing any bingo events, as unauthorized games are illegal.
