OVP REFUTES CLAIMS OF DISTRIBUTING P10,000 AID

The Office of the Vice President (OVP) has warned the public about a fake social media post claiming it is distributing P10,000 financial aid.

The fraudulent post falsely featured the logos of the Department of Social Welfare and Development and the Land Bank of the Philippines.

The OVP clarified that the scam is not connected to any program of Vice President Sara Duterte or the OVP.

The office strongly urged the public to disregard the misleading announcement.

It also encouraged anyone with information on the perpetrators to report to the Philippine National Police immediately.
