NLEX Corp., the operator of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), plans to raise up to P5 billion this year to fund expansion projects aimed at enhancing travel experience and reducing congestion.
These projects include the construction of the NLEX C-5 Link and the widening of certain expressway portions, requiring a total investment of at least P12 billion in 2024.
Additionally, NLEX Corp. aims to undertake the third phase of its widening project, which involves adding lanes and constructing a full interchange in Mexico, Pampanga.
These developments reflect the company’s commitment to improving infrastructure and addressing traffic issues along the NLEX.
