The National Bureau of Investigation has launched its eClearance digital service, allowing eligible users to renew their NBI clearance in as little as five minutes through the eGovPH Super App.
The system was introduced at the NBI headquarters in Pasay in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology.
The digital service aims to make the renewal process more convenient and reduce long lines at NBI offices.
NBI Director Melvin Matibag said the platform provides a secure and interoperable way for verified users to access clearance services.
The initiative is part of the agency’s efforts to modernize public service delivery through digital innovation.
