Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee filed a blotter report with Barangay Urdaneta in Makati City on January 18, accusing the driver of her friend Rhian Ramos of physically harming her arm, leaving bruises, scratches, and nail marks.
Barangay desk officer Reynan Garcia confirmed Michelle arrived at 5:30 a.m. to lodge her complaint.
In response, the driver, Bonifacio Baro, filed a counter-complaint with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) against Michelle, Rhian Ramos, and beauty queen Samantha Panlilio, alleging repeated assault and “torture” inside the actress’s condominium on January 17.
Baro sought assistance from the Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) to pursue justice for the alleged assault and illegal detention.
Both parties have lodged formal complaints, setting the stage for an investigation into the conflicting claims.
