Cristina Roque will represent the Philippines at the summit, which will focus on trade, investment, and sustainable growth. The event, scheduled for Nov. 10-16, brings together leaders from 21 APEC economies. Marcos also appointed Noel Eugene Eusebio Servigon as the non-resident ambassador to Bulgaria and Moldova.
