LOGICO ASSUMES LEADERSHIP OF PHILIPPINE MILITARY ACADEMY

Lt. Gen. Michael Logico officially assumed command as the 86th superintendent of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA), succeeding the retiring Vice Adm. Caesar Bernard Valencia.

During the change of command ceremony, Logico pledged to prepare cadets for the evolving nature of warfare through continuous innovation while preserving the academy’s core traditions.

He also committed to sustaining the reforms initiated by his predecessor and paid tribute to Valencia’s leadership.

A member of PMA “Maalab” Class of 1993, Logico concurrently serves as commander of the Philippine Army’s Training Command and has extensive experience in military training and operations.

The turnover was presided over by Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff Gen. Antonio Nafarrete at Fort General Gregorio H. del Pilar.
