Ivana Alawi candidly shared that she once took on the role of a “sugar mommy” by financially supporting her past flings and partners, including covering expenses like food, gas, and occasional allowances.
In an interview with Boy Abunda, Alawi admitted to being naturally generous, even if some of those relationships didn’t involve official commitments.
She revealed that one non-showbiz partner received sporadic financial help, while a later showbiz partner even asked for luxury items and let her shoulder hotel and dinner bills.
Alawi said she eventually realized her worth and emphasized that love, not money, should be the foundation of any relationship.
Currently, she remains single but open to dating, with a preference for someone outside the entertainment industry.
