8990 Holdings Inc. has signed a housing agreement with the Quezon City government to develop 2,700 homes for local government employees and informal settlers.
Through its subsidiary, 8990 Housing Development Corp., the company will provide 2,699 housing units at the new Urban Deca Homes Commonwealth project near Batasan Road in Brgy. Commonwealth.
Mayor Joy Belmonte emphasized that this initiative supports the aspiration of Filipino families to achieve home ownership and noted that the homes will be made available to beneficiaries from District 2.
Belmonte commended 8990 for its commitment to creating quality developments for low-income earners.
Chairman Mariano Martinez Jr. expressed hopes that the project will contribute to a more inclusive and empowered Quezon City community.
