Jollibee Group’s South Korean coffee brand, Compose Coffee, has earned the highest customer satisfaction rating among Korea’s leading low-cost franchises, scoring 3.97 out of 5 in a survey by the Korea Consumer Agency of 1,600 consumers.
The brand was praised for its service, menu quality, ordering convenience, and overall operational excellence, with customers citing coffee taste, affordability, and store accessibility as key drivers.
Compose Coffee, acquired by Jollibee in 2024, has rapidly expanded to 3,000 stores, adding 1,000 locations in just 18 months, while total product sales grew over 10 percent in 2025.
The recognition underscores Jollibee Group’s focus on operational discipline, digital engagement, and quality-driven beverage management, positioning the brand for further overseas expansion in Southeast Asia.
The company said it will continue investing in technology, product improvements, and streamlined operations to maintain strong customer experiences and leverage its global supply chain expertise.
