Bulacan First District Rep. Danilo Domingo denied allegations that he received kickbacks from controversial flood control projects.
In his first public statement since President Marcos revealed “ghost” projects in August, Domingo said he had no involvement or benefits from the schemes.
He expressed willingness to cooperate with authorities to ensure government funds are properly used.
Domingo, a former Malolos City mayor known for fighting corruption, emphasized his commitment to transparency.
Some Bulakenyos expect him to strongly call for accountability from implicated DPWH officials.
