During the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF) in Zamboanga City, the government provided services and assistance worth over P580 million to 110,000 beneficiaries.
House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez highlighted the fair’s significance in bringing the government closer to the people, echoing President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s goal of direct service delivery.
The event showcased various services under one roof, alleviating the need for citizens to travel to provincial centers for assistance.
Notably, P273 million was distributed as cash assistance, with additional support including rice distribution and scholarship programs.
The BPSF signifies a commitment to inclusive development and responsive governance, with plans to extend its reach to other areas in the coming weeks.
