The Ministry of Health (MoH) in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) has achieved significant progress in improving public health services under Health Minister Dr. Kadil Sinolinding Jr.’s leadership.
In his first 100 days, Sinolinding reported enhancements in healthcare infrastructure and workforce, including the Medical Aid for Indigent Patients program, which has provided over PHP 70 million in aid to 16,030 individuals.
The ministry has also addressed workforce gaps, trained 2,600 former combatants as health workers, and invested over PHP 1.8 billion in health infrastructure.
Additionally, BARMM has inaugurated key facilities and vehicles and expanded outreach programs to remote areas.
