Actress and singer Andrea Brillantes has launched her music career as Ramona with the release of her debut single, GAGA, on Sony Music Entertainment.
The punk-pop track tackles gossip culture, fake news, and online judgment, inspired by personal rumors and criticisms she faced in the past.
Ramona said the song, written when she was 18, reflects her love for messy, loud, and imperfect music influenced by rock and alternative sounds.
The music video features a courtroom-inspired concept that highlights the dangers of misinformation and unfair judgment.
She described the project as a personal form of self-expression and said she hopes listeners appreciate the music on its own merits rather than her showbiz popularity.
