The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) participated in the 3rd Quarter 2025 National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill held at Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
The drill aimed to enhance the country’s preparedness for earthquakes.
Led by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, the exercise tested coordination between the AFP, local disaster councils, and partner agencies in Metro Manila.
Activities included emergency communications, inter-agency collaboration, logistics, and urban search and rescue.
The AFP emphasized its ongoing commitment as a key responder in disaster preparedness and management.
