The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has begun repairs on the Magallanes-EDSA flyover’s northbound lanes, starting this Friday.
The work, which will take place every weekend until June, involves the removal and installation of expansion joints, steel painting, and concreting, requiring partial closures from Pasay City to Cubao in Quezon City.
To minimize disruption, the DPWH will also take advantage of the Holy Week holidays, from April 16 to 21, to continue the repairs.
Motorists are advised to reduce speed in the affected areas and consider alternate routes or adjacent lanes.
A list of recommended detours is available through a QR code or a Google Map link provided by the DPWH.
