Ayala Corporation has been ranked as the top Philippine company in Time’s World’s Best Companies 2024 list, continuing its strong performance from the previous year.
This ranking, presented by Time and Statista, evaluates companies based on employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability.
Data for the rankings were gathered from over 50 countries, involving around 170,000 participants who assessed companies on various factors including working conditions and salary.
Only companies with revenues exceeding $100 million in 2023 and positive growth from 2021 to 2023 were considered.
Ayala Corporation’s President & CEO, Cezar Consing, expressed gratitude for the recognition, highlighting the company’s commitment to fostering business practices that support growth and well-being.
