The Sun Life 5150 Triathlon heads to Bohol on July 12 for the third leg of the 5150 Triathlon Islands of the Philippines Series and the event’s landmark 10th staging.
Organized by Sunrise Events, the Olympic-distance race will feature a 1.5-kilometer swim, 40-kilometer bike ride, and 10-kilometer run through Bohol’s scenic landscapes.
The competition is expected to attract top local and international triathletes, along with first-time participants, through the Sunrise Sprint event.
Organizers said the race supports efforts to promote the Philippines as a premier sports tourism destination.
The four-leg series will conclude on Sept. 20 at Samal Island in Davao City.
