The Century Tuna IRONMAN 70.3 Subic Bay will mark its 10th staging on June 7, serving as a qualifier for the 2026 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Nice, France.
Organized by Sunrise Events Inc., the race has attracted elite athletes from at least 45 countries, with Filipino age-group competitors vying for 45 qualification slots to the global event.
Slots will be distributed across male and female divisions, with top finishers earning automatic entry and remaining places awarded through a roll-down system.
Successful qualifiers will compete in Nice, known for its scenic Mediterranean waters and challenging alpine routes along the Côte d’Azur.
The event also forms part of a weekend multisport festival in Subic, featuring full IRONMAN races, sprint events, IRONKIDS, and beginner-friendly races designed to promote wider participation in triathlon.
