The 2023 Asia Artist Awards (AAA) at the Philippine Arena has attracted fans of South Korean celebrities for a star-studded event featuring some of the biggest names in K-pop and K-drama. This marks the first time that the country has hosted the popular awards show, which recognizes excellence in music, television, film, and online content creation.
Local fan clubs of the participating artists set up booths at the nearby Philippine Sports Stadium as early as 8 a.m., offering fan-made banners, stickers, photo cards, and other merchandise to eager fans.
Organizers anticipate around 30,000 spectators to fill the venue for the event, which will be attended by 58 musical acts and actors. A red carpet event is scheduled to take place from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Philippine Arena’s main lobby, followed by the awards show estimated to run for more than six hours, starting at 3 p.m.
Launched in 2016, the AAA is presented by Korean entertainment news outlet StarNews. This year’s edition is co-produced by TONZ Entertainment and PULP Live World.
The event promises to be a grand celebration of talent and achievement in the entertainment industry, bringing together fans and artists for a memorable and exciting evening.
