SAN MIGUEL STUNS MAGNOLIA TO CLAIM CHAMPIONSHIP CROWN

The San Miguel Beermen emerged victorious in the PBA Season 48 Commissioner’s Cup Finals, securing the championship title after defeating the Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots with a score of 104-102 in Game 6.

This win marks the Beermen’s 29th PBA title, further solidifying their position at the top of the league.

Head coach Jorge Gallent led the team to their triumph, marking his first championship as a head coach.

The intense game saw the Beermen overcoming an eight-point deficit and making a late surge in the fourth quarter, ultimately securing their well-deserved victory.

Despite a valiant effort from the Hotshots, the Beermen’s resilience and strategic plays allowed them to clinch the Commissioner’s Cup crown.

This win extends the Hotshots’ title drought, with their last championship victory dating back to the 2018 Governors’ Cup.
