InDrive Philippines aims to increase its driver partners by 30 to 40 percent this year, targeting a total of 26,000 to 28,000 from its current 20,000.
The ride-hailing platform, which saw rapid growth from just 13,000 drivers at the end of 2024, is focusing on expanding in Metro Manila and into more provincial cities such as Cebu, Bacolod, Baguio, and Iloilo.
InDrive was accredited by the LTFRB in December 2023 but was briefly suspended due to its price-haggling scheme, which it has since removed to comply with government fare regulations.
The company continues to onboard drivers, including those from rival platforms, to support its expansion.
Founded in 2013, InDrive now operates in over 600 cities across 47 countries and is positioning itself as a strong competitor to Grab in the Philippines.
