Reelected Senator Christopher “Bong” Go took his oath of office before Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo at the Supreme Court in Manila on May 19.
Go pledged to focus on hard work, compassion, and service, particularly advancing pro-poor laws and programs in health, employment, youth, sports, and education.
He secured the top spot in the 2025 senatorial race with over 27 million votes.
His second term officially begins on June 30, with the 20th Congress set to start on July 28.
Go expressed commitment to serving the public and continuing his advocacy work during his new term.
